This is a GREAT old SIFO wooden puzzle farm toy, with FIFTY pieces! It is a farm barnyard scene, complete with a variety of animals, a barn, a pond, etc. The pieces fit loosely, and they are a variety of shapes and sizes. The color is still very nice, though it is in gently used condition. This item was found at an estate sale. I have no knowledge of its exact age or origin, but I would guess maybe the 1940's or 1950's. It measures 12" x 19". There are some little nicks around the outside, and an area of scratches above the tree by the barn. There is a number on the back, which I think may either be 411 or 41A. In the lower left-hand corner are the initials a.r.n., and in the lower right hand corner, the name SIFO. This is a nice, clean puzzle that has obviously been well cared for.
