Frank Andy at Boarding School 1920's children's book

Here is a lovely little collectible children's book called "Frank and Andy at Boarding School" or 'Rivals for Many Honors', by Vance Barnum, author of the Joe Strong Series, and other Frank and Andy books.  There is no date on this vintage book - I think it may be from the early 1920's. It says Whitman Publishing Co, Racine, Wisconsin on the title page.  It does not appear to be missing any pages, so I don't know why there is no date.  There is a name written on the front page, and some light water damage on the front cover, as well as what appears to be an ink mark along the bottom.  There are 246 pages in this little 4" x 6" page book.  The outside cover is soiled/stained, but the book is still readable.
